In June, July and August, Perruche conjures up a small restaurant in the cozy Beguinage street. Bieke and Micha serve a variety of small dishes to share. Local beers and matching wines complete the experience. Top products from the region and vegetables from the organic (dynamic) farmer play the leading role. Either in a cold preparation, with homemade flower vinegar and herb oil or grilled on our open fire.
